Life Transition Coaching
Navigate life’s transitions with clarity and purpose. As a Solution-Focused Life Coach, I work with professionals—including those in mental and physical healthcare—to develop clear, actionable strategies which enhance relationships, improve communication, and reduce the overwhelm of traditional therapy.
Parent Coaching Class
A structured five-week course (1-hour sessions each week) designed to help parents improve communication, navigate challenges, and build stronger relationships with their children.
